Q: What is my username and password?

A. Username is the email address you registered with. Retreive your lost password here.

Q. Not getting any audio when trying to listen to the speakers.

A. Make sure you have windows media player installed as it works best in this. Check and make sure your speakers are turned on and plugged in to your PC.

Q. I have the right username and password and even registered but I still cannot get in.

A. If you have Norton Internet Security that could be blocking you. Disable any firewalls in your system tray (located next to your PC’s time and date display. Make sure you are using IE to access the page it should also work in Mozilla but AOL browsers have had trouble accessing the site.

Q. I'm not able to sign on to a speaker as I receive the message "current playlist has no valid files in it and to make sure it is not corrupt."

A. Generally this is caused by either an incompatible browser or a browser that is a bit congested. Make sure you are using Internet Explorer, your firewall is turned off; go to Tools and Internet options at the top of IE and delete cookies and temporary files under the general tab. Also check and make sure you are running at least IE 6.0 (current version is 7.0). The IE version info can be found by clicking help and About at the top of IE.
