WHAT TO EXPECT
This On-Line Conference & Exposition is unlike any regular Conference or Expo you have ever attended! It is being held completely on the Internet! This means that you can have what you want when you want it--any time of day - any place you want to be -- even in your fuzzy slippers!

YOUR VIRTUAL CONVENTION EXPERIENCE
Even though you do not need to book a fight or make hotel reservations, don't expect any compromise on the conference experience. Real estate professionals attend conferences to Learn from Experts and to see the latest products and services and your upcoming conference is no exception:

AT YOUR CONVENIENCE!
At this special On-Line Conference you will have the opportunity to do all of above and you can experience the Conference on your schedule with a minimum of interruption to your regular schedule. Just be sure to save some time during the Conference dates to enjoy and benefit from the new conference experience!

Each of the conference speakers will be available to you at any time 24 hours a day on their scheduled day. If you miss a scheduled Keynote Session, they will be archived for access during the remaining Conference days. For the Spring-Summer and Fall-Winter Sessions, an abbreviated line up of speakers will be available.

DOOR PRIZES GALORE!
Wait till you see the door prizes the exhibitors have up for grabs just for stopping by their booths! We estimate that attendees will "go home" (or is that "be at home") with thousands of dollars in prizes when the On-Line Conference is over! Now that's worth getting out of bed for! (But then again you really don't even have to get out of bed! :-). On top of that all door prizes will be indexed at the Expo so you can be at any drawing you choose with one quick click!

The technical requirements for enjoying the conference are minimal! This high tech event is geared for the easiest enjoyment -- even with low-tech equipment!

a. Obviously you will need an Internet connection (although a high speed connection would make participation a bit more maneuverable, all you need is a regular phone modem connection.)

b.Your usual browsing software (Internet Explorer) will work fine. It probably would be a good idea to download the latest upgrades to your browser software prior to the conference. You will also want to update your Flash plug in to be able to view all Conference special features.







c. All that is needed to listen to the speakers are a set of computer speakers. If you don't have speakers now, you can buy a set of speakers at any Radio Shack or similar store for under $10.

d. Finally, to listen to the "Keynote Session" all you will need is the the latest Flash player. All other audio sessions are encoded in MP3 format so your default player should automatically start. For Windows, your WindowsMedia Player will work.



An alternate to RealPlayer or WindowsMedia Player is JetAudio. This program will play BOTH Real and MS sound files. Be sure to choose the free "Basic" version and adjust your settings so that Jet Audio is the default program for audio files.



That's it! You are now ready to get the most from your conference experience!

Once you are registered you will receive regular issues of "On-Line Conference News" by e-mail. If you are a late registrant you should review the archives of these newsletters, which contain a plethora of information to help maximize your Conference experience.

Be sure to set any spam blocking program you may be using to accept an e-mail from Lois@vtrealtor.com otherwise you may not receive your Conference Schedules and other important information.

RECS DESIGNATION TO BE AWARDED!
The Real Estate CyberSpace Society has agreed that attendance at 3 Sessions of this Conference will fulfill all the classroom requirements for the awarding of the Real Estate CyberSpace Society's Real Estate CyberSpace Specialist (RECS) professional designation.Details regarding this special waiver will be available at the Conference.

There is no cost for the RECS designation and the only other requirement is membership in the Society and e-mail certification of attendance. You may apply for Society Membership at:
